Summer Poetry Pop-Up: Ginger Ingalls

Culture and Consciousness

My soul sweeps
the earth and settles
a small African.

I hold this child.

My eyes open
but bloodshot from the strength,
from Strasbourg to west Senegal,
for holding on so long.

Ginger Ingalls, at 68, wishes to absorb the lessons of her life as Mom, poet, energy bodyworker, and former journalist.
